]]> Comment on What’s Your Passion by Ken http://tedvieira.com/ponderings/whats-your-passion/comment-page-1/#comment-9 Ken Tue, 14 Feb 2012 16:58:00 +0000 http://tedvieira.com/?p=341#comment-9 Ted My StoryAt 15 I was listening to all the Rock and Roll artist from Chuck Berry and Buddy Holly to Bo Diddly and Gene Vincent.  The cam Duane Eddy and Chet Atkins.  So it was the guitar that was drawing me in.  I found a reference to Al Casey on one of Duane Eddy's LP's, I researched this name at my local record store and found a listing for an Al Casey LP which I had to order from france.  To my supprise the record that came back was a jazz record by the New York guitarist that had been in Fats Wallers band in the 1940's.  I was hooked I've been listening to jazz guitar for 53 years and studying to play for 6 years. Ted
